When does professional help with drinking make sense?
Professional support makes sense if you often drink more than planned, repeated attempts to cut down do not work, alcohol affects daily life or relationships, or you drink to cope with difficult feelings. You do not need to wait for a crisis or diagnose yourself.

GlassCount counts your entries and displays self-chosen targets and history. It cannot measure blood alcohol or impairment, determine fitness to drive, diagnose a condition, assess medical risk or define a safe drinking amount. Those decisions require qualified professionals or choosing the safer option.
